Dataset for "No evidence of trans-generational immune priming (TGIP) in an insect with extended parental care"

The data is composed of two csv files DATA_onlyTGIP.csv and SURVIE_JUVadults_TGIP_final.csv containing respectively the data one the production of offsprings from Forficula auricularia mothers and the results of the survival essay on these adults offsprings. Code_stats_TGIP.R contain the R script analysing the data. DATA_onlyTGIP.csv contain 16 columns : ID_mother : Identification of the individual Treatment_date : The date of the treatment in format dd_"3 firsts letters of the month" Treatment : The nature of the treatment Date_ovi : Date of oviposition Calendar_ovi : Number of days between isolation and oviposition Ovibin : Binomial information if the individual did oviposite (1) or not (0) Nb_eggs : Number of eggs produced by the individual Date_eclosion : Date of eclosion of the clutch dvpt_time : Developmental time of the eggs Eclobin : Binomial information if the eggs did eclsoe(1) or not (0) Nb_nymphs : Number of nymphs produced Date_firstadult : Date of the first adult seen Nb_youngs_adultsM : Number of males adults offsprings Nb_youngs_adultsF : Number of females adults offsprings Adultbin : Binomial information if the individual did prduced adults (1) or not (0) SURVIE_JUVadults_TGIP_final.csv contain 12 columns : ID : Identification of the individual ID_mother : Identification of the mother of the individual Mother_date_tt : Date of the mother's treatment Mother_Treatment : Nature of the treatment of the mother Sexe : Sexe of the individual Date_adult : Date when the individual became adult Type_injection : Nature of the injection of the individual Date_injection : Date of the injection of the individual Date_death : Date of the death of the individual (12/12/2025 meaning the individual did not died during the experiment time) Duree : Time between inejction and death of the individual Timing.15 : Time between inejction and death of the individual with a ceiling at 15 days Status.15 : Status of the individual after 15 days : 1 meaning dead and 0 alive
