Dataset for SCEditor-web: Model-Driven Smart Contract Generation

This dataset supports the evaluation of SCEditor-web, a model-driven smart contract editor that integrates large language models (LLMs) for code generation. It includes JSON models, Solidity outputs from four LLMs (ChatGPT-4o, Claude 3.7 Sonnet, Gemini 2.5 Pro, DeepSeek-V3), and evaluation results based on syntax, semantics, and code quality. All data was used for multi-metric benchmarking of generative AI systems for smart contract synthesis.
