Soil fertility dominates site quality in Phyllostachys edulis forests: Insights from linear, causal, and nonlinear analyses
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the analyses presented in the manuscript entitled "Soil fertility dominates site quality in Phyllostachys edulis forests: Insights from linear, causal, and nonlinear analyses." It contains the processed field observations and environmental variables used for site quality assessment of Moso bamboo forests. The dataset includes standardized dominant bamboo biomass, topographic variables (elevation, slope, aspect, and slope position), climatic variables (precipitation and temperature), soil variables (soil depth and Fertility Quality Index, FQI), machine learning training data, Quantification Theory I (QT1) results, PLS Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) results, model predictions, and the data underlying the figures presented in the manuscript. To protect the confidentiality of field investigation sites, detailed plot coordinates, complete raw field survey records, and original laboratory measurements are not included. The archived dataset contains all processed data required to reproduce the analyses and figures reported in the manuscript.
