PRINCIPLE OF EQUALITY IN DIFFERENTIAL SCHEME FOR PUBLIC CONTRACTS

This article aims to address the progress of integration between rules and principles in the Act that established the 12.462/2011 DIFFERENTIAL TREATMENT OF PÚBLICS CONTRACTS, which aimed to provide means quicker initial procurement for events won by Brazil in 2007 and 2009, OLYMPIC GAMES 2016 and WORLD CUP 2014. The research sought to emphasize the progress of this integration in the public interest, in addition to pointing out the positive aspects of inclusion and sustainability of the citizen and the company as a result of the new standard. The importance of the DRC today on the likes of licitations as a preview of a new general legislation regulating the issue and revise the law 8.666/1993 was proven at the time were included in such a system hiring in health, education and PAC (program acceleration of growth).
