BLPU

Basic Land and Property Unit (BLPU) is defined in BS7666 part 2 as an area of land in uniform property rights or, in the absence of such ownership evidence or where required for administration purposes, inferred from physical features, occupation or use.
Each BLPU has a Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN), a spatial reference and one or more Land and Property Identifiers (LPI).

基本土地与房产单元（BLPU）根据BS7666第2部分定义，系指拥有统一产权的土地区域，或在没有此类产权证明的情况下，或为行政目的所需时，依据物理特征、占用或用途推断所得之土地区域。每个BLPU均拥有唯一的房产参考编号（UPRN）、空间参考以及一个或多个土地与房产标识符（LPI）。
