This repository contains the dataset accompanying the manuscript “Multiscale Organization of Thyrocyte States in the Human Thyroid Gland.” It includes spatial transcriptomics data from human thyroid glands generated using the 10x Genomics Visium and VisiumHD platforms. File descriptions adata_vis_XXX.h5adAnnData object containing processed data for patient XXX (see Table S1 in the accompanying manuscript for patient and sample metadata). For Visium samples: data is organized as spots x genes. For VisiumHD samples: data is organized as cells x genes, where cells are aggregated from VisiumHD bins. Follicle attribution for spots/cells is provided in the follicle column of obs. Cell type scores represent deconvolution results obtained using the Cell2location algorithm against a single-cell data reference (see Methods). P5.zip, P6.zip, P7.zip, P8.zip, P9.zip, P15.zip, P16.zip, P17.zipVisium data (Cell Ranger output) and the corresponding full-resolution H&E microscopic images for each patient.
