The Jetted comma gamma-ray emitting narrow-line Seyfert 1 galaxy\:J164100.10+345452.7

We propose ToO observations of a narrowline Seyfert 1 (NLS1) galaxyJ164100.10+345452.7 that displays extraordinary characteristics\\: it is a youngactive galactic nucleus (AGN) with a relativistic jet and gammaray emission,supposedly hosted by a spiral galaxy. We trigger the ToO with 37 GHz radioobservations to catch the source in a high jet activity state and three weekslater follow it up in a low jet activity state, aiming to examine the diskjetconnection. Furthermore, as part of a large multifrequency effort, we observeits radio and optical morphologies, and its spectral energy distribution (SED).It is with sources such as this that we can investigate the launching ofrelativistic jets in AGN and get a glimpse into their growth and development from babyAGN to full adulthood. truncated!, Please see actual data for full text [truncated!, Please see actual data for full text]
