This dataset is comprised of 30 micrographs and associated labels for use in the Topaz positive-unlabeled cryo-EM particle picking software tutorial. The software is described in Positive-unlabeled convolutional neural networks for particle picking in cryo-electron micrographs. (Bepler et al., 2019), and is available open-source on GitHub here. The cryoelectron micrographs and coordinates are adapted from EMPIAR-10025, with the original dataset available here.
