Transcriptomic-analyzed insights into the mechanisms of fermented lycium barbarum residues on meat quality and intramuscular fat deposition of Tan sheep

This study is aimed to prepare a high value-added and low-cost feed through probiotics fermenting lycium barbarum residues, and then to explore its functional actions on Tan-sheep meat quality and intramuscular fat accumulation via RNA-sequencing technology.
