资源简介:

The OTM-RIF (Ontology-Driven Transition Management for the Revised ISO 19650 Framework) is a domain ontology created to facilitate the transition from the legacy, BIM-centred ISO 19650:2018 standard to the revised whole-life information management approach outlined in ISO 19650:2026. Methodology & Architecture: Developed using the Ontology Development 101 methodology, it is structured around seven modular areas to capture terminology updates, document revisions, stakeholder roles, implementation steps, and temporal validity. Integrated Standards: It incorporates the W3C PROV-O ontology to track origin and responsibility, OWL-Time for managing dates and execution windows, and State-Transition Ontology Design Patterns to monitor organizational progress. Core Purpose: It provides a machine-readable, auditable framework that maps relationships between legacy and revised ISO 19650 concepts. This eliminates semantic ambiguity, supports automated compliance checking, and ensures data continuity across built environment asset lifecycles.
