Huesken-et-al-Dataset: GLMM input tables used in the manuscript 'Land use drives trematode dynamics in a restored stream system' (unpublished). Two tables present sampling site characteristics, average water parameters, snail host and trematode species richness and trematode prevalence for a two-year monthly assessment of trematode communities in the Boye catchment, North-Rhine Westphalia, Germany.
