收藏资源简介:
Huesken-et-al-Dataset: GLMM input tables used in the manuscript 'Land use drives trematode dynamics in a restored stream system' (unpublished). Two tables present sampling site characteristics, average water parameters, snail host and trematode species richness and trematode prevalence for a two-year monthly assessment of trematode communities in the Boye catchment, North-Rhine Westphalia, Germany. Table 1 'Allsnails': Location_name (stream reach), Location_type (NN = near-natural, R > 11 = restored more than 11 years ago, R < 5 = restored less than five years ago), Site_group (site classification based on Location_type), Month_single, Year, Land_use_SG (land use adjacent to the stream), Tree_canopy_cover (assessed during individual field sampling trips), Location_temp (°C), Location_conductivity (µS/cm), Location_pH, Location_DO (mg/mL), method (mark-release-recapture vs. dissection of snails), SnailDiv (snail species richness), TremDiv (trematode species richness), Infected (N(inf)), TremPrev (trematode prevalence), Season (grouping according to Month_single). Table 2 'Abalthica': Location_name (stream reach), Location_type (NN = near-natural, R > 11 = restored more than 11 years ago, R < 5 = restored less than five years ago), Site_group (site classification based on Location_type), Month_single, Year, Land_use_SG (land use adjacent to the stream), Tree_canopy_cover (assessed during individual field sampling trips), Location_temp (°C), Location_conductivity (µS/cm), Location_pH, Location_DO (mg/mL), method (mark-release-recapture vs. dissection of snails), SnailDiv (snail species richness), TremDiv (trematode species richness), Infected (N(inf)), TremPrev (trematode prevalence), Avg_Host_length (average measured snail shell length), Season (grouping according to Month_single).
