Dataset for physical activity intervention tailored to rural men pilot

This dataset represents a study designed to test the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy of a single-arm remotely-delivered intervention (10 weeks, 11 online modules) that promotes physical activity. Data was collected at baseline (prior to the intervention), during the intervention (via Fitbit), and post-intervention (after the intervention). Data was collected via surveys on Qualtrics software, Fitbits using Fitbit API and account logins, and musculoskeletal tests (pushup, sit up, and squat) performed on Zoom. RStudio was used to clean and analyze data.
