Detection of RNA modifications in eukaryotes, prokaryotes, and virus

This project from the Dunning Hotopp group at the University of Maryland School of Medicine uses Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) sequencing data from diverse organisms including virus, bacteria, fungi, and animals to examine for RNA modifications. The ONT direct RNA library prep kit and the MinION device were used to generate the sequencing libraries and the direct RNA sequencing data.
