Populated data folder of the repository bifiEBBmethods. This folder contains the following subfolders:characterisingHarmfulDataSourcesISA: The result of conducting Instance Space Analysis (ISA) of Bi-fidelity Expensive Black-Box (Bf-EBB) surrogate model building with a fixed sample when comparing Kriging and Co-Kriging models. For details, consult the paper "Characterising harmful data sources when constructingmulti-fidelity surrogate models" by Nicolau Andres-Thio, Mario Andres Munoz and Kate Smith-MilesclusterResults: Is empty and is used by the code in the repository to store results when running experimentsfeatures: Contains the feature values for a variety of benchmarks, using both a large and small sample, as well both before and after processingisaMetadata: Combination of surrogate model performance and feature values used to construct the instance spacesamplePlans: Contains already optimised LHS sample plans and chosen subsets for a variety of sample sizes, seeds and dimensions.This zipped folder should be downloaded and used to replace the empty data folder provided in the repository.
