Supporting data for "Biological effects of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide and silver nanoparticles in mouse skin, gut and lungs by transcriptomic and microbiome profiling"

This data set contains supporting data for my Ph.D. thesis including RNA and 16S sequencing, macroscopic measurement, GCMS, quantitative PCR, histology from animal experiments. The data provide<i> in vivo</i> evidence of identifying the biological effects of nanosized silver, zinc oxide, and titanium dioxide particles in mouse skin, gut and lung under different conditions.
