Subsampled long-read single-cell data from scMixology replicate 2|单细胞测序数据集|生物信息学数据集

This file is a subset for the scMixology replicate 2 data generated and published by Tan et al., Genome Biology, 2021 and rebased called by You et al., Genome Biology, 2023. The data has been subset to just 250 thousand reads from the 250 most variable transcripts. It is made available for the purposes of a long-read 10x single-cell tutorial which demonstrate how to go from a raw fastq file of long reads to count data using flexiplex (Chen at al. Bioinformatics, 2024) and nailpolish.
