This repository contains all data, scripts, and functions related to the manuscript titled ‘<i>Macroecological correlates of taxonomic uncertainty in New World coralsnakes</i>.’<b>Metadata</b><b>Variables</b>This file contains the data necessary to perform phylogenetic analyses (PGLS), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), and to create Figure 1Species: the list of the 85 New World coralsnake speciesDescription date: the date of description of each New World coral snake species multiplied by -1.
