Analyze and compare the gene expression profile of human bone marrow derived-MSC in comparison with EGR1 knockdown or EGR1 overexpressing cells. The hypothesis was some genes were differentially expressed in these cell populations. Results provided important information regarding the gene expression difference by EGR1. Total RNA obtained from isolated from different groups of cells were amplified and genome wide gene profiling was compared.
