To investigate the effect of pemafibrate to Th17 cells, we differentiated naive T cells under Th17 condition. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 groups at 48hr after polarization. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for vehicle and pemafibrate-treated cells.
