HBXN2020 can produce a variety of secondary metabolites and has a good inhibitory effect on a variety of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. We hope to find the gene cluster of metabolites through genome sequencing, so that we can better isolate and study secondary metabolites. In addition, the antibiotic sensitivity test showed that HBXN2020 was very sensitive to antibiotics. Therefore, this strain has great potential as an alternative to antibiotics.
