Microsoft Excel workbook with data used in the evaluation of methods to combine proxy data across multiple survey sites within a single population of Chinook salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha) and then calibrate to mark-recapture estimates of total population size. Each sheet contains a given population’s mark-recapture point estimate and standard error through time. The peak count recorded during at various sites (s1, s2, …) within the population are also given.
