The transcriptomic and 16s rRNA omics in the gut and liver tissues from the SOCS8-/- zebrafish. Danio rerio

SOCS8 is a fish-specific SOCS member belonging to the type II subfamily, called CISHb. In this study, socs8-/- zebrafish was constructed. Then, in both socs8-/- and wide type zebrafish, intestinal transcriptomics and 16s rRNA sequencing were carried out, meanwhile, in liver only the transcriptomic study was done. This study was aimed to reveal SOCS8's role in controlling metaflammation.
