1. Each file, when loaded directly into MATLAB, is a 5000-by-2 cell. Each element of the first column of the 5000-by-2 cell is a 1-by-23 cell (or 1-by-25 for files with "maryland" in the name). Each element of this 1-by-23 cell is then a 1-by-100 vector (by default, i.e., no disruption). The second column of the 5000-by-2 cell is a string that records whether this particular run has triggered disruption or not.2. More detailed description of the variables will be documented soon.
