资源简介:
(1)数据适用范围:海西蒙古族藏族州乌兰县及部分青海省地区。
(2)数据内容:数据来源于“票付通”系统,可依据这些票务订单数据分析出抖音来客占比、旅游团占比、订单转换率、门票转换率、客流量等数据指标,这些指标在企业的业务经营、财务稽核以及地区的文旅经济发展统计分析中发挥着不可替代的作用。通过科学合理地构建和应用这些指标,企业可以更加精准地把握自身发展状况,为制定有效的经营策略和发展规划提供有力支持;地区可以更加深入分析文旅经济与区域发展的内在联系,评估区域产业的持续发展能力和市场竞争力。抖音来客占比、旅游团占比、订单转换率、门票转换率、客流量等数据指标主要是由原数据统计得出,计算公式如下:
(1)抖音来客占比=sum(分销商(带有“抖音”))/sum(订单编号);
(2)旅游团占比=sum(分销商(带有“公司”或“旅游社”))/sum(订单编号);
(3)订单转换率=sum(订单状态(带有“已使用”))/sum(订单编号);
(4)门票转换率=sum(产品名称(带有“门票”或“免票”)且订单状态(带有“已使用”))/sum(产品名称(带有“门票”或“免票”));
(5)客流量=sum(产品名称(带有“门票”或“免票”)且订单状态(带有“已使用”) )。
注:sum(字段名称 (条件))指该字段名称下符合限定条件的数据个数。

These ticket order data can be used to calculate indicators including the proportion of Douyin Laike customers, the proportion of tour groups, order conversion rate, ticket conversion rate, passenger flow, etc. These indicators play an irreplaceable role in enterprise business operation, financial audit and statistical analysis of regional cultural and tourism economic development.
By scientifically and reasonably constructing and applying these indicators, enterprises can accurately grasp their own development status, providing strong support for formulating effective business strategies and development plans; regions can conduct in-depth analysis of the internal connection between cultural and tourism economy and regional development, and evaluate the sustainable development capacity and market competitiveness of regional industries.
The aforementioned indicators including the proportion of Douyin Laike customers, the proportion of tour groups, order conversion rate, ticket conversion rate and passenger flow are mainly derived from the original data, with the following calculation formulas:
(1) Proportion of Douyin Laike customers = sum (distributors with "Douyin" in their names) / sum (total order numbers);
(2) Proportion of tour groups = sum (distributors with "company" or "travel agency" in their names) / sum (total order numbers);
(3) Order conversion rate = sum (order entries with "used" in their order status) / sum (total order numbers);
(4) Ticket conversion rate = sum (product entries with "ticket" or "free ticket" in their names and order status marked as "used") / sum (product entries with "ticket" or "free ticket" in their names);
(5) Passenger flow = sum (product entries with "ticket" or "free ticket" in their names and order status marked as "used").
Note: sum(field name (condition)) refers to the number of data entries under the specified field name that meet the given conditions.
