Computed Tomography (Abdominal & Pelvic) Procedures

This abdominal and pelvic computed tomography (CT) scan concept set was developed for the USDHub study to identify imaging procedures related to discovery of kidney or ureteral stones. It only includes CT codes that specify abdominal and/or pelvic imaging location. Though the concept set was developed for use in a PCORnet study, it is reusable in the OMOP CDM. The "omop_vocabulary_id" field contains the vocabulary_id in the OMOP vocabulary and the vocabulary_id field contains the px_type to search for in the procedures table in the PCORnet CDM.
