Widefield fluorescence microscopy images of various clonal populations of human lung epithelial A549 cancer cells infected with the fluorescent reporter adenovirus AdV-C5-E1A-FS2A-GFP. Cells were fixed at 24 hours post infection, stained with DAPI, and imaged in the DAPI (channel 1) and GFP (channel 2) channels with either 10x or 20x magnification.
