This repository contains the set of data and the code to reproduce the results shown in: "Maximum Information Extraction Via Clustering and Minimization of Shannon Entropy", version v3. The script /run_all.py, run in the main folder, runs ent-to-end all the analyses necessary to generate all the figures in the paper. Some of the Supporting Information figures are instead generated with the script review_tests/run_all.py. Contains the following folders: datasets/ contains the trajectory files of ice/water coexistence, and the .json files for the analysis of Fig3. Fig1/ contains the code for the analyses shown in Fig1. Fig2/ contains the code for the analyses shown in Fig2 and FigS1. Fig3/ contains the code for the analyses shown in Fig3. Fig4/ contains the trajectory and code for the analyses shown in Fig4 and FigS2. Fig4_3D_case/ contains the trajectory and code for the gray curves in Fig4 (3D case). review_tests/ contains the data and code for some additional analyses reported in the SI.
