The goal of this study is to identify transactivation domains within transcription factor body with high-throughput NGS sequencing methods Overall design: Examination of transcription factor''s trans-activation domain activity between GFP+ and GFP- cells Please note that raw reads from each replicates (*rep1*_R1* , *rep1*_R2*) and (*rep2*_R1*, *rep2*_R2*) were mapped independently into custom genome (TFbb_list180_linear*). Mapped reads from two replicates were merged for downstream analysis. Genome coverage files were made for six reading frames (+1, +2, +3, -1, -2, -3) and are linked to the corresponding *rep1 sample records. For example, file short-library_GFP-_3-.bw represent coverage for GFP- sample from short library in ''-3'' reading frame.
