We used bulk RNA seq to invistigate how SARS-CoV-2 changes host profile in astrocytes. SARS-CoV-2 infection of astrocytes induces type I interferon and inflammatory response. Overall design: Primary human astrocytes isolated from human cortex were mock infected or SARS-CoV-2 infected at MOI=1 or MOI=5.
