Phage Display Library Dataset screened by Neutrophil Serine Proteases and Activated Neutrophil Supernatants

Our study (Deep Protease Profiling deconvolutes protease signatures released from activated neutrophils) conducted a high-throughput phage display screen of neutrophil serine proteases (cathepsin G, neutrophil elastase, human proteinase 3) and activated neutrophil supernatants against a 5-mer substrate display library. We present peptide counts data, processed from sequencing, that represent cleaved phages and a measure of protease activity to that peptide. Each treatment was conducted in triplicate.
