This dataset presents CUT&Tag sequencing data targeting the transcription factor Irx3 in human AC16 cardiomyocytes (encompassing both IgG control and Irx3-overexpressing groups), which profiles the genome-wide binding landscape of Irx3. This dataset is shared across two research manuscripts: Modulation of Ferroptosis by the Irx3--Etfa Pathway Protects Against Cardiac Hypertrophy and Irx3 Ameliorates Post-Myocardial Infarction Cardiac Dysfunction by Regulating Both Inflammatory and Fibrotic Pathways.
