this study was intended to take Leymus chinensis as the research object, combined with multi-omics analysis such as metagome, transcriptome, metabolome, etc., through the identification of key grown-promoting bacteria, the interaction effect analysis of specific root secretions with grown-promoting bacteria, the evaluation of PGPR and its mechanism analysis, aiming to reveal the synergistic effect and regulatory mechanism of Leymus chinensis and rhizosphere grown-promoting bacteria under overgrazing stress.
