Wild again: Recovery of a beneficial Cannabis seed endophyte from low domestication genotypes

Based on the large-scale dataset generated in this study, new insights into the influence of plant genetics and domestication on the Cannabis seed microbiome were identified. Such insights are crucial for developing microbiome-based breeding strategies and targeted bacterial seed treatments in Cannabis.
