A large set of articles was extracted from the Scopus and Web of Science databases. Applying the PRISMA methodology, which includes steps such as identification, filtering, eligibility, and inclusion, as well as the application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, the articles were scrutinized. In the end, 114 eligible papers were analyzed using SLR and bibliometric analysis.
