Genomes of subsurface bacteria isolated from groundwater and sediment samples from the Oak Ridge Reservation (ORR) in Tennessee, USA

The project contains genomes from bacteria isolated from subsurface groundwater and sediments sampled at the Oak Ridge Reservation (Tennessee, USA). The combination of both high throughput and targeted isolation approaches resulted in the assembly of a large and diverse collection of genome-sequenced isolates paired with geochemical data from their environmental samples of origin.
