Shotgun whole genome sequencing of several Dipterocarpaceae from Thailand

Single fragment libraries were sequenced by Illumina paired-end sequencing at moderate depth for several species in the family Dipterocarpaceae from Thailand. Fragment target length was 500 bp. The read length was 251, 151 or 101 bp. Sequencing duplicates and adapter sequences were removed by HTS_Superdeduper and AdapterRemoval resp. Sequenced species include Dipterocarpus tuberculatus, D. turbinatus, D. obtusifolius, D. alatus, Shorea obtusa, S. siamensis, S. roxburghii.
