Transcriptome analysis of RUNX3-primed embryonic stem cell derived dendritic cells (ES-DCs)

We examined the effects of Runx3 induction in murine embryonic stem cell derived dendritic cells (ES-DCs) using a doxycycline-inducible transgenic cell line. We used one set of control samples without transgene induction; the second set was derived from RUNX3-primed cells and further treated with doxycycline (continuously induced samples), in the third set the RUNX3-primed cells were not induced during the last seven days of differentiation (transiently induced samples). Similarly treated samples were exposed with LPS for 24 hours. Transcriptome analysis was performed with RNA sequencing with MGI technology.
