‘Visualising Peace’ Qualitative Participant Data Summary

Visualizing Peace, is a youth participatory film-making action research project in Rwanda, part of the larger Mobile Arts for Peace (MAP) applied research project (2020-2024). Through a series of collaborative creative workshops, participant-led forums, and practical tutorials, policy briefs were transformed into three co-produced films on the topic of youth mental health in Rwanda. Tracking tools were implemented to measure change at points through the project. As part of the wider MAP project a range of MEL tools were developed by a central MAP team. These were facilitated by the MAP youth advisory board members, together with adult allies and took place across all of the MAP medium grant projects.Our projects select the tools appropriate for their contexts. Excerpts from the data collected through these wellbeing tools are included in this document.
