Native Hawaiian Reference Panel for PRS-CSx Multi-Ancestry Polygenic Risk Score Prediction

This dataset contains a linkage disequilibrium (LD) reference panel for Native Hawaiian populations, constructed for use with PRS-CSx multi-ancestry polygenic risk score prediction. The panel was derived from 500 randomly selected Native Hawaiian samples with high-quality imputed genotypes at HapMap3 variants. Contents:- LD correlation matrices stored in HDF5 format for chromosomes 1-22- Population-specific allele frequencies- SNP annotation files (snpinfo format)- Strand-flipping indicators- LD block definitions based on Asian population boundaries from LDetect The reference panel includes ~1.2 million SNPs with MAF >1% and imputation quality R² > 0.8, formatted to be compatible with pre-compiled 1000 Genomes PRS-CSx reference panels.
