RNA-seq analysis of Luciferase control-infected and DOT1L shRNA-infected primary cortical neurons.

We aimed to understand the transcriptional impact of partial loss of DOT1L in primary neurons from mice. Overall design: WT primary cortical neurons were isolated from E16.5 mice and cultured for 14 DIV total. Control luciferase shRNA and DOT1L shRNA were used to infect WT primary cortical neurons at 9 DIV (n = 3 biological replicates per genotype).
