Constant energy synchronous fluorescence spectra (CESFS) of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) isomers

This dataset reports the raw data from constant energy synchronous fluorescence spectra (CESFS) of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) isomers. The CESF spectra were determined by reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) analysis at room temperature using a fluorescence detector at the apex of each chromatographic peak under stop-flow conditions. The dataset includes CESF spectra of 21 PAH isomers of molecular mass (MM) 302 in a coal tar sample - Standard Reference Material (SRM) 1597a. This dataset also includes a comparison between the CESFS for molecular mass (MM) 302 isomers identified in SRM 1597a Fraction 12 (DBjlF, N12bF, DBaeF, N21bF, BbPer, DBelP, N23bF, N21aP and N23kF) and their standards. All data were collected using an Ultimate 3000 Dionex HPLC system (Thermo Scientific, Sunnyvale, California).
