在文旅融合、目的地旅游背景下，基于运营商大数据分析能力，结合金融、OTA等数据，实现市、区县、景区、度假区、商圈等不同范围下的实时客流分析，充分挖掘游客及游览特征。基于时空大数据平台建设，为文旅行业管理、营销、服务提供有效的数据支撑和能力支持，构建“全域覆盖、全网共享、全时可用、全程可控”的智慧文旅格局。并面向各级文旅厅、局，在各类文旅数据汇聚融合的基础上，形成一系列主题和专题数据分析应用，为文旅行业综合分析、决策提供有效的数据支持。Against the backdrop of integrated cultural and tourism development and destination tourism, this dataset leverages carrier big data analysis capabilities, integrating data from finance, OTA and other related fields, to enable real-time passenger flow analysis across multiple spatial scales including cities, districts and counties, scenic spots, tourist resorts and commercial clusters, thereby fully uncovering the characteristics of tourists and their travel behaviors. Built on the spatio-temporal big data platform, it provides effective data support and capacity enhancement for the management, marketing and service of the cultural and tourism industry, and builds a smart cultural and tourism ecosystem featuring "full coverage, full network sharing, all-time availability and full-process controllability". Furthermore, targeting cultural and tourism departments at all levels, it develops a series of thematic and topic-specific data analysis applications based on the aggregation and fusion of various cultural and tourism datasets, offering valid data support for comprehensive analysis and decision-making in the cultural and tourism sector.
