With USAID funding, FHI is implementing programs targeting FSW, IDU and men who have sex with men (MSM) in Yunnan and Guangxi provinces Alliance has been implementing MSM programs in China since 2003, with a major focus on training the MSM group members to provide pre- and post-test counseling and deliver psycho-social support services to men using the service; Pact supports the development of group-managed enterprises and other income generation activities among MARPs and PLHAs. HPI/GMR-C focuses on provide access to legal services for MARPs, developing the capacity of CBOs established by MARPs to identify and effectively communicate an advocacy agenda on behalf of their community.
