Linda Crnic Institute for Down Syndrome: Differential Gene Expression Analysis of Tonsil Spatial Transcriptomics in Trisomy 21

This dataset contains differential gene expression results from Xenium spatial transcriptomic profiling of tonsil tissue from individuals with trisomy 21 (T21; Down syndrome) and euploid controls (D21). Differential expression analysis was performed using DESeq2 to compare gene expression between T21 and D21 within spatially defined cell populations. The deposited files include the complete differential gene expression results as a tab-separated values (TSV) file and an accompanying data dictionary describing the variables contained in the results table. Differential expression results include gene identifiers, gene names, cell population annotations, fold changes, log2 fold changes, nominal P values, and multiple-testing-adjusted P values.
