本数据集针对人字齿轮成形磨削过程中的高温、高应变率耦合的大变形问题,采用热-力耦合的动态显式积分有限元方法对人字齿轮成形磨削过程进行仿真分析。该模型可对包括人字齿轮在内的渐开线斜齿轮成形磨削过程中的温度和变形进行计算,对提高齿轮成形磨削质量和精度具有实际意义。数据集主要内容包含磨齿加工仿真计算模型,齿轮三维模型,模型单元编号数据,APDL命令流文件,磨削加工基本参数取值和约束范围表,响应面试验的设计及水平表,试验设计参数表以及粗磨和精磨仿真试验结果表。
This dataset addresses the large-deformation problem coupled with high temperature and high strain rate during the form grinding process of double helical gears. It adopts the thermo-mechanically coupled dynamic explicit integration finite element method to conduct simulation analysis on the form grinding process of double helical gears. This model can calculate the temperature and deformation during the form grinding process of involute helical gears including double helical gears, which holds practical significance for improving the quality and machining accuracy of gear form grinding. The main contents of this dataset are: the gear grinding simulation calculation model, 3D gear models, model element numbering data, APDL command stream files, tables of basic grinding parameter values and their constraint ranges, the design and level tables of response surface experiments, experimental design parameter tables, as well as simulation test result tables for rough grinding and finish grinding.
