This dataset contains the original data used in the study "Fishing ports as biodiversity information nodes: integrating eDNA and AIS for rapid fisheries risk screening in data-limited marine systems". It includes AIS vessel records from four fishing ports (DP, ZP, HA, HW) and eDNA detection tables for three primer sets (Cet-12S, MarVer3, MiFish-U/E). The data were used for fisheries risk screening and biodiversity assessment.
