The hippo pathway effector protein YAP modulated resistance to trametinib neuroblastomas with hyperactivated RAS pathway signalling

We sequenced seven neuroblastoma cell lines, including the parental NLF neuroblastoma cell line and three modified NLF cell lines. The parental NLF line (N=3) was used as a comparison to the NLF sgCon cell line. NLF sgCon was transduced with a scrambled sgRNA-targeted CRISPR-Cas9 lentivirus, and NLF_YAPKO1 and NLF_YAPKO2 represent two NLF cell lines with YAP1 genetic knockout. NLF sgCon, NLF YAPKO1, and NLF YAPKO2 were treated with either 0.1% DMSO (N=3) or 20 nM trametinib (N=3) for 72 hours prior to RNA isolation. NLF sgCon serves as a control for the NLF YAP1 knockout cell lines.
