NRAS and KRAS are frequently mutated oncogenic drivers in multiple myeloma, however, their use as drug targets has not been successful. Hence, we reached out to characterize the role of the RAS-like (RAL) oncogenic signaling cascade and compare transcriptomic changes after knockdown af KRAS and RALA. Overall design: Differential expression experiment after KRAS and RALA knockdown in multiple myeloma cell line.
