资源简介:
ILCs and NK cells are innate immune cells that act as sentinels of healthy tissue function. However, it is largely unknown how ILCs and NK cells are recruited into distinct tissue niches and how they adapt to specific anatomical niches within tissues. Using an in-vivo model for human immune cells (MISTRG humanized mice), we determined the gene signatures of human ILCs and NK cells in the vascular and tissue niche of the lung by single-cell RNA-sequencing. We combined intravascular cell labeling with single-cell RNA-sequencing to define the gene signatures of human lung ILCs and NK cells in the vascular and tissue compartment of MISTRG mice engrafted with human CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). ***RAW data not provided due to Swedish legislation and European GDPR***
