Code to perform all the analysis of the project "Predictive relationships between population densities and niche-centroid distances in North American birds"

1. load_pkgs.R: Contains code to install and load the R packages used in the analysis
2. convexhullfuncs.R: Helper functions to fit ellipsoids and convex hulls; plot abundance data using leaflet maps; estimate abundance patterns using environmental raster layers.
3. correlation_funcPCA.R: Estimate correlations between population abundance and niche-centroid distance
